John Cabot University Signs Long Term Lease Extension for Guarini Campus

President Franco Pavoncello is happy to announce that John Cabot University has just signed a long term extension of the lease for the Frank J. Guarini Campus, located in Rome’s Trastevere neighborhood. The lease will expire in 2033 and can be renewed further.

The building is owned by the Italian National Academy of Sciences, which was founded in 1603 and counted Galileo among its members.

President Pavoncello said, “This is an important development for the University, which ensures our continuing operation in our historic site for the foreseeable future.”

In 2008 the building was dedicated to Trustee Frank J. Guarini, in recognition of JCU’s deep gratitude and appreciation for the Hon. Guarini’s generous support of the University since he first joined the Board of Trustees in 1995.
