JCU Trustee Reza Arabnia's Company Hailed for Excellence in Time of Crisis
JCU alumnus and Trustee Dr. Ali Reza Arabnia was recently interviewed on the Italian news channel Sky.TG24 as part of a feature on companies that are thriving despite the current economic crisis.
Dr. Arabnia’s company, Geico S.p.A, which specializes in turnkey original coating systems and plants for the vehicle industry, was hailed as a shining example of a company that had the farsightedness to invest in technological innovation during the darkest moments of the economic crisis.
Born and raised in Teheran, Dr. Arabnia graduated from John Cabot University in 1983 and has been a JCU Trustee since 1998. He has distinguished himself by his uncommon generosity and wise counsel to the Administration throughout the years, and was awarded an honorary doctorate in Business Administration at the May 2010 Commencement Ceremony.
John Cabot University had the honor of welcoming Dr. Arabnia to campus on March 7, 2012 for a Presidential Lecture entitled “Building a World-class Company.”
