Professor Pamela Harris Gives Paper at University of Parma Workshop

On May 9, 2013, Professor Pamela Harris presented a paper at the University of Parma, entitled “Legislative Borrowing: Foreign Flavors in the American Sausage?”, as part of an international research project on comparative law in legislative design.

Pamela Harris studied at Berkeley and Harvard Law School, and clerked at the Italian Constitutional Court. She is the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Chair of the Department of Political and Social Sciences at John Cabot University and teaches courses in international law, constitutional law, American government, and political theory. She has written articles on law and literature as well as on religious liberty in the United States. In Fall 2013 Prof. Harris is teaching BUS 301 Business Ethics and PL 320 Public International Law.
