JCU to Host 2014 MUN Conference for High School Students

The John Cabot University Model United Nations Society is proud to announce the 2014 MUN Conference, taking place February 13th to 15th. During the three-day event, forty-five high school students from in and around Rome will convene in the Aula Magna Regina to simulate UN General Assembly meetings. This year’s participants will be debating the issue of Food Security in the developing world with the final goal of drafting and passing a UN resolution. John Cabot University’s very own Professors Margaret Kneller and John Westley will be the special guest speakers at the Opening Ceremony. The entire Executive Board of the JCU MUN Society has been working hard to make this conference a success, and is looking forward to a fruitful three days of international diplomacy!
