President Pavoncello Publishes Article in "Longitude" Magazine: "The Globalization of Education"
Longitude, an Italian monthly on world affairs, published an article by John Cabot University President Dr. Franco Pavoncello in its July 2015 edition.
The first Italian monthly magazine distributed worldwide, Longitude covers international politics and economics in English. It is an independently produced and market-financed magazine that enjoys a privileged relationship with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In this article, President Pavoncello speaks specifically about the challenges and virtues of a truly “global” education, one which John Cabot University prides itself in offering.
A leading analyst of Italian politics, Dr. Pavoncello’s work has appeared in, among others, the American Political Science Review, the British Journal of Political Science, Asian Studies, and World Affairs. He is also a well-known media commentator on Italian affairs, a contributor to major international newspapers such as the New York Times and the International Herald Tribune, and he appears regularly on radio and television networks including CNN, BBC, Reuters Press and TV, and many other media organizations.
Dr. Pavoncello will teach World Politics at John Cabot University in Fall 2015.
