Prospective Students and Alumni Gather at Wolfsonian-FIU in Miami
On Saturday, March 5, John Cabot University alumni and prospective students gathered in Miami at the Wolfsonian-FIU (Florida International University). Alumni had the opportunity to share their experiences in Rome and compare their paths after graduating. Prospective students were able to ask graduates specific questions about JCU and the advantages of pursuing an international education in Rome.
The Wolfsonian–FIU, is a museum, library, and research center. With its global collection of 180,000 art objects, it was a natural meeting place for a university with a multicultural student population like JCU. Following the meeting, alumni and friends received a tour of the museum led by JCU alumni ambassador Andrew Nelson. Andrew, who received a B.A. in Art History from JCU in 2011, works as Development Associate at the Wolfsonian. He highlighted the Italian art objects on view at the museum.
