Professor Ruscitti to Present Paper at SAET Conference
Professor Ruscitti’s paper Cones and Arbitrage Pricing has been selected for presentation at the SAET Conference on Current Trends in Economics, that will take place in Faro, Portugal, from June 25 to June 30, 2017. This year will mark the 17th edition of the conference organized by the Society for Advancement of Economic Theory, an organization devoted to “advance knowledge in theoretical economics and to facilitate communication among researchers […] in any field which is potentially useful to economic theory.”
In his paper, Professor Ruscitti taps into recent developments in the theory of ordered vector spaces to explore the extension of the fundamental theorem of asset pricing to abstract spaces of contingent claims.
Francesco Ruscitti is Associate Professor of Economics and Chair of the Department of Economics. Prof. Ruscitti has taught a broad range of courses and has been awarded a certificate for outstanding teaching by the Krannert Graduate School of Management (Purdue University). His main (undergraduate) teaching interests are in Microeconomics, Mathematical Economics, Economics of Information and Financial Economics.
