JCU and POLIMI GSoM Launch New Program in Luxury Management

The JCU Center for Professional and Continuing Education, in partnership with POLIMI GSoM (Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Management), are pleased to announce the launch of a new program called “Luxury Management and Customer Experience: the Italian Excellence,” in September 2023.

Luxury Management and Customer Experience

This 12-month program is intended for recent graduates and provides participants with the technical and managerial skills necessary to operate in the luxury sector. JCU and POLIMI GSoM’s faculty will provide students with the knowledge of luxury goods, industries, and companies. Specifically, the program will shape future professionals in the world of hospitality, jewelry, and other luxury sectors, with a focus on luxury customer experience and Italian excellence.

This program will give students access to two company and alumni networks, webinars on career management skills development, individual counseling, and career development, resume and cover letter revision, online and in-person networking events, JOBIRI (JCU’s virtual career coach), FLEXA (POLIMI GSoM’s digital mentor), and so much more.

This master di I livello will be held online in September and October 2023, and in person in Rome from November 2023 to April 2024, with the opportunity to spend a week in Milan in the POLIMI GSoM campuses.
