JCU Students Visit Ferrari Headquarters
On March 21, 2025, a delegation of 13 students from John Cabot University had the opportunity to visit Ferrari’s headquarters in Maranello, Italy. The company visit was organized by the Career Services Office, offering students a rare behind-the-scenes look at the heart of innovation and luxury automotive engineering.
Exploring Ferrari’s Legacy and Innovation

During the visit, students were immersed in Ferrari’s rich history, learning about the company’s core values of quality, precision, and innovation and how they have been the principal drive of the company’s success. Additionally, students had the opportunity to analyze the 2024 highlights of the company, which included the latest achievements on the Formula 1 track and the production of advanced luxury vehicles. Looking ahead to this year, students had an insight into the goals for 2025, which included sustainability, craftsmanship, and cutting-edge technology. The main goal for Ferrari continues to be delivering high-performance vehicles that push the boundaries of automotive engineering — all while remaining true to its racing heritage and legacy.
One of the highlights of the visit was the chance to learn about the company’s dedication to innovation. Ferrari not only leads the way in automotive performance, but is also at the forefront of technological advancements, constantly pushing the boundaries of design, aerodynamics, and sustainability. Students were particularly fascinated by Ferrari’s sustainable initiatives, such as the Ferrari elettrica, and their commitment to reducing its environmental impact while maintaining its renowned performance standards.

The visit also offered an opportunity for students to learn about potential career paths within Ferrari. A representative from Ferrari shared insights into how professionals can get involved in various fields, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development. Rebecca Dalmasso, a Business Administration major at JCU, shared: “As I’m currently writing my Capstone Thesis on the luxury automobile industry, visiting Ferrari at their headquarters in Maranello was an unforgettable experience. Hearing how Ferrari operates from the inside brought my research to life and fueled my passion even more. Even just walking into the building fills you with a sense of passion and excitement—a only Ferrari can deliver, both through its racing heritage and its iconic brand identity. It was interesting to hear about Ferrari’s commitment to sustainability, the value placed on cultural diversity within the company, and how people are truly at the center of the company’s culture.”

Witnessing firsthand the perfect blend of history, innovation, and engineering excellence was inspiring. I had the opportunity to explore the heart of such an iconic brand and learn from the passionate individuals driving its success.”
