Peter Ogden is an International Business student from Spokane, Washington. As part of Enactus (an international nonprofit organization dedicated to young entrepreneurs), Peter and his team travelled to Silicon Valley for the Enactus World Cup. An active member of the JCU community, Peter plans to dedicate himself to business, oriented towards social causes.

Prof. Antonella Salvatore welcomed representatives of the pharmaceutical company So.Farma.Morra to her course “Made in Italy: the Italian Business Environment,” on Monday, February 25. Founded by Alessandro Morra in 1980, So.Farma.Morra started as a small business in southern Italy. It has now turned into a large group that incorporates other companies, each specialized in a specific branch, including pharmaceutical distribution to pharmacies, import, export, communication, and marketing.

Wellness Week Spring 2019: A Focus On Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Health

JCU hosted the biannual Health and Wellness Week, a series of events that focused on stress management, sex education, mental health, mindfulness, and spiritual wellbeing on February 25-March 1. The week consisted in an event dedicated to stress management, “Stress Less”, a “mindful meditation and compassion” class, a Sex Education talk, an event on mental health first aid, a yoga class, two mindfulness sessions, a self-defense workshop, and a meditation session in Villa Ada.
